2. General Data Processing

Protecting your privacy is a top priority for us. The "VoidAccess" app is developed according to the principle of data minimization. Most of the app's functions operate exclusively locally on your device. No personal data is transmitted to our servers during regular operation.

3. Use of Special Permissions

Accessibility Service: VoidAccess uses this service to detect which app is being launched in the foreground. This is strictly necessary to prevent access to locked apps during an active session and to protect system settings from being tampered with while a lock is active. We do not collect, gather, or share any personal or sensitive user data through the Accessibility Service API. The information processed by this service is never stored, analyzed, or transmitted to any servers.
Usage Stats: This permission is used to sort your apps by frequency of use, making it easier for you to select apps for the VoidRoom. This data remains locally on your device.
Notification Access: When enabled, the app reads notifications from locked apps to silence them during a focus session and display them in a Release Summary after the session expires. This notification content is only stored temporarily and locally; it is never transmitted externally.
Battery Optimization: The app requests to be excluded from battery optimization to ensure that the protection service is not terminated by the system.

4. Contact and Technical Support

The app provides a manual log export feature for technical support. These logs are stored locally on your device and are only transmitted to us if you manually and actively choose to send them via your email client.

5. In-App Purchases

The app uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. Transaction data is processed by Google. We receive purchase status information but do not have access to full payment details. The app requires an active internet connection exclusively for the communication with Google Play Servers to process the transaction. No app usage data, notification content, or other personal identifiers are transmitted during this process.

6. Data Transfer to Third Parties

There is no automated transfer of personal data to third parties. Data is only transferred if you explicitly instruct us to do so or if there is a legal obligation.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable legal provisions, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Please contact info@voidaccess.com.

8. Data Retention

Since the app stores data primarily locally, it will be deleted as soon as you clear the app's cache or uninstall the app. Data transmitted by email will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled.
