Stay focused while studying

Stay focused while studying – without constantly reaching for your phone

You want to study, but a message, a quick look at Instagram or checking just one thing on your phone is enough – and suddenly your attention is somewhere else. If you want to block distracting apps while studying or reduce your screen time, it can help to decide beforehand which apps should wait during your study time. This does not mean putting your phone away completely. You may even need it for studying. You decide which apps can wait – whether you are studying every day or preparing for an exam.

Why good intentions while studying are often not enough

“I’ll just check for a moment” is an easy decision to make. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media apps are always within reach. Especially when studying gets difficult or you need a break, it is tempting to open one of them again. An app blocker for studying can reduce these distractions. But what matters is whether you can simply turn the block off again at exactly that moment.

Block apps while studying – how VoidAccess helps

With VoidAccess, you decide beforehand which apps you want to block while studying and how long the block should last. Apps you need for studying remain available as usual. For example, you can block Instagram, TikTok or YouTube and focus better on what you actually want to do during your chosen study time.

You decide beforehand how long the block lasts and how high your unlock price is. An unlock price is part of every block.

If you later try to open a blocked app, VoidAccess reminds you of the decision you made beforehand. If you still want to unlock the app early, you pay the unlock price you chose yourself. If you wait until your chosen study time ends, you pay nothing.

Your phone stays – the distraction can wait

You do not have to ban your phone from the room or give up every app. You decide beforehand which apps should not interrupt you during your study time. VoidAccess then helps you stick to that decision.
